We provide medical fitness assessments for commercial drivers, including: Vision test, neurological, cardiovascular, diabetes, mental health, renal and respiratory conditions, and drug or alcohol misuse. Medical examinations are carried out at the required age-based intervals and follow strict DVLA criteria for vision, blood pressure, and all relevant health standards. All forms and documentation are completed in line with current national guidelines.

Please bring a full print out of your medication list and medical history from your GP. If you do not have this, you will need to ensure you have the NHS app connected to your GP so that we can access your medical information and medication list. If you do not provide this information on the day, we cannot carry out your assessment.
